Shipping policy

We ship to Canada and the United States (USA) using Canada Post. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days using Canada Post. 

Delivery cost and estimated delivery date(s) are calculated at checkout based on product weight and destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note that the processing time above may delay estimated delivery. We cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates, delivery dates are subject to change at any time. By purchasing and/or upon payment, you agree and are in acceptance of the delivery cost and estimated delivery date(s).

Canada Post tracking numbers will be sent when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for Canada Post tracking to update.

USA Customers: Tariffs will be added to your order at checkout. Additional border crossing fees upon arrival will be at the responsibility of the customer. Canada Post often uses USPS for last mile delivery.

Risk of Loss: A third-party carrier (Canda Post and extensions of Canada Post) will ship any merchandise you purchase from our site. Title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Torie and Ren is not responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged packages by the carrier.
